Pilates
Small groups of one or two sessions/week with qualified professionals.
Training Groups
Get motivated by sharing training with a small group. Choose between one or two weekly sessions.
Personal trainer during the entire session. Sessions can be held in person at the clinic’s facilities or by video call.
The semi-face-to-face plan consists of a monthly session (face-to-face or online) with the personal trainer and assignment of work adapted to the needs of each person, the goals set and time availability, so that he can do it autonomously.
FUNCTIONAL
RECOVERY
In functional recovery, the trainers, with the greatest possible coordination with our physiotherapists, work for the recovery of patients’ injuries or pain with active exercises that will allow people to adapt more optimally to their daily activities.
